1. Loyalty Membership & Club Affiliation: By confirming a tour, guests are automatically enrolled as complimentary members of the ROME ON THE ROAD - Classic Cars - Senior Club. This membership allows us to operate in accordance with Italian Historic Vehicle regulations and grants our guests access to a private experience reserved for members only. No additional action is required, and membership is included at no extra cost.

2. Do prices include taxes and fees? Yes. All prices shown on our official website include applicable taxes and fees. For the best available rate and the most flexible booking conditions, we recommend booking directly with us.

3. Is pick-up included? Yes. We are pleased to offer a complimentary pick-up service. Please note that on certain days, due to traffic restrictions in the city, pick-up cannot always be guaranteed. Should this occur, we will gladly arrange an alternative meeting point in the historic center of Rome to ensure a seamless experience.

4. Can we choose the car typology? Specific car models are subject to availability. However, should you wish to reserve a particular exclusive model, this can be arranged upon request with a supplemental fee.

4. Number of guests / Special requests Car models are assigned based on availability and the number of guests. If you have special requirements or a preferred model, please feel free to let us know. We will do our utmost to accommodate your wishes and personalize your experience.

5. Do you conduct tours in case of rain? Weather conditions in Rome can be unpredictable. In the event of light rain, we will pause the tour at a café or bar and wait for improved conditions. In case of severe adverse weather, the tour may be rescheduled or, alternatively, a full refund will be provided.
